
The Investor Compensation Company Limited (ICCL) is a company which
was established under the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (the Act).
The main
purpose of the scheme, as determined by the Investor Compensation
Act, 1998, is to provide adequate funds out of which eligible investors
of failed investment firms are compensated. The funds are generated
solely from contributions from investment firms.
The aim of this website
is to provide information about the scheme, how
to claim, the compensation levels and how
the scheme is funded. You may also download
copies of our annual report, information booklet and funding arrangements
documents.
