The ICCL has commenced the triennial consultation process with Industry concerning how the Investor Compensation Scheme will be funded throughout the period August 2022 to July 2025. The consultation process is open from 29 October 2021 until 17 December 2021. A copy of the Consultation Document is available from the Publications section of our website.

Invoices for the new funding year 1 August 2020 - 31 July 2021 have been issued to all participant firms of the Investor Compensation Scheme on 21 August 2020. The deadline for payment is 25 September 2020

The ICCL are offering a discount of 5% (capped at €25) on their 2018/2019 annual levy to participant firms who sign up to Direct Debit online, and a further 5% (capped at €25) if they sign up to E-Invoicing by 31 July 2018.
Following the retirement of Jim Bardon, the ICCL is pleased to announce that Jane Marshall has been appointed by the Governor of the Central Bank of Ireland as Chairperson to the Board, effective from 1 June 2018.

With effect from 1 November 2016, and as required by the Companies Act 2014, the Investor Compensation Company Limited converted to a Designated Activity Company and also changed its name to the Investor Compensation Company DAC, trading as ICCL.
